Use a TDEE calculator to work out an achievable calorie deficit based on your height, weight, and activity levels. Try to ensure you eat enough protein and fibre in your diet, and supplement them if needed with protein shakes to ensure you prevent muscle loss.
What if I’m disappointed with my results on Mounjaro?
Try not to compare your journey to others; we all have different start points, different abilities for movement, and ultimately are unique. “Comparison is the thief of joy,” so I try to avoid that.
How can I prepare for side effects on Mounjaro?
In my experience, ginger nut biscuits and peppermint tea can help when you’re feeling sick. Also ensure you have the contact information for your provider to hand, should you need it. In an emergency, always call 111 or 999.
