SwiftDoctor offer a number of different treatment options. All treatments are licensed by the MHRA (UK regulator) and designed to conveniently fit your lifestyle.
Overview; TLDR

Consultation & Ordering
rt of this process, you’ll create an account. If you’d prefer to have a consultation first, you can book a meeting directly on the website – either before or after ordering. This is optional for most, but it’s mandatory if you’re not registered with a GP in the UK, or they can’t get access to your care record. They’ll also send an email asking for some photos including: –
- Photo ID
- Full length photo in tight clothing
If you’re transferring from another pharmacy and wish to continue your treatment plan with SwiftDoctor, you’ll need to provide them with proof of your previous prescription too.
Pro Tip: If you’ve provided all the information and photos required before 12pm, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Delivery
They’ll dispatch same day if you order before 12pm, so just fill out your re-order form at 9am the day before you want it, select next day delivery, and you’ll be sorted! At the moment they offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or next day, but they’re looking into offering other options in the near future.
Re-ordering
3 weeks after ordering you’ll get an email reminder, with a link to the reorder consultation form. If you submit all the required information before 12pm, it’ll be dispatched the same day – otherwise it’ll be dispatched the next day.
Important: Everyone is treated as an individual, but you’ll be encouraged to stay on the smallest dose for the longest time possible, as long as the treatment is still effective and you’re losing weight. If you’re not sure whether to remain on your current dose or move up, you can chat with a GP or Pharmacist before ordering to discuss the options available.
Support from SwiftDoctor
SwiftDoctor offerfour different options for contact: WhatsApp, email, phone, or you can use a contact form on the website. You’ll usually get a response within an hour during their opening hours.
They also have a private Facebook community, restricted to only SwiftDoctor patients. This gives you a safe and convenient space – which Dr. Bano is also part of – to ask any questions you may have.
SwiftDoctor's Approach to Maintenance
SwiftDoctor are fully supportive of long-term maintenance, with no time limit imposed on how long you can be on the medication. You can transfer from another provider at any point in your journey!
SwiftDoctor offer a maintenance consultation with Dr. Bano once you reach a healthy BMI – or are close to your goal weight. This is an additional fee, but is optional. Ultimately, they will look for you to wean or reach a stable maintenance dose before you reach a BMI of 21.
