In these instances, you receive a larger discount than we do benefit. All proceeds are paid into a UK registered limited company, and support the running of the site. Due to the risk of DDOS and other cyber attacks, this covers us for public liability insurance, web hosting, and upgrades to our tables – making the site more user friendly than other comparison sites that operate under a different model.
Risks we face
As a Mounjaro comparison site which grows from strength to strength, our business is constantly at risk from competing comparison sites who disagree with the approach of having all available discounts listed. We are also a target for pharmacies that do not wish to have transparent pricing, as this may support customers in shifting towards a more cost-effective alternative.

- As with any other online business, our site is constantly subject to cyber attacks, with around 1000 failed login attempts per day. This is why we use fully supported web hosting with multi-factor authentication, and other additional protections, to ensure these attempts are unsuccessful.
- Malicious price comparison sites and pharmacies operate by hiding the real price to the customer, at their doorstep. This may include cheap medication prices with extortionate delivery prices, purely for the claim of ‘cheapest on the market’. At Weight Loss UK, we show prices inclusive of delivery cost to mitigate these practices and create a level playing field.

Although it primarily impacts our business, and our admins, it impacts you too. This website exists as a mechanism to ensure you can complete your weight loss journey (whether that be using Mounjaro or Wegovy) in the safest and most cost effective way possible. Any attacks to us or our site mean that we spend more time resolving them than getting you the best and most up-to-date pricing information.
