One thing I always look for when shopping online is TrustPilot reviews, but it’s not great at showing how the company has changed in score over time. That means companies with lots of reviews and a high score might have really rubbish service recently – but that’s not reflected in their rating.
To combat this, we baseline TrustPilot scores on the 1st of each month, and use this to update the Top Rated list. It’s also used as a filter on the Best Established and Up & Coming lists, as pharmacies which have decreased in score from month to month are ineligible.
